L’association des danses de la paix en France s’engage
Pour la réalisation du camp international en France été 2025, l’association organisatrice accueille une cinquantaine de bénévoles qui feront partie du staff permettant la réalisation et la réussite du camp.
Le staff comprend :

– 6 organisatrices
– 8 co-organisateurs européens
– 6 guides mentors
– une équipe de guides
– 2 musiciens coordinateurs
– 16 musiciens
– 50 bénévoles y compris les responsables bénévoles

Selon leur implication les bénévoles seront

– à temps plein (TP) : 24h sur la semaine, ils ont la gratuité du tarif du camp (soit 200€ offert)
– ou à mi-temps (MT) : 12h sur la semaine, ils paient demi-tarif du camp (soit 100€ offert).

Tous paient leur nourriture 140€ et leur hébergement selon leur choix, en camping 42€ ou en dortoir 140€.
Ils sont couverts par l’assurance de l’association des danses.
Ils ont toutes les informations nécessaires pour remplir leur mission.
Ils seront sous la responsabilité de bénévoles responsables et impliqués dans un pôle logistique et ou d’animation, dont ils auront les noms avant le démarrage du camp.
Les responsables bénévoles auront leur nourriture à payer uniquement. Ils seront choisis par l’équipe organisatrice selon leurs compétences.
L’engagement des bénévoles
Les bénévoles ont pris connaissance de l’esprit et de la charte du camp et s’engagent à la respecter.
Les bénévoles, par leur implication, représentent l’organisation auprès du public.
Pour toute initiative, ils se réfèrent aux responsables désignés.
Ils s’engagent à respecter leur contrat : réalisation de la mission, présence, régularité ; Mission qu’ils ont choisie ou qui leur a été confiée en accord avec eux selon les besoins du camp.
Ils agissent avec conscience et responsabilité.
En cas de désaccord, ils demandent une médiation avec un des représentants de l’équipe d’organisation.

– Point information/orientation sur le lieu ; infos locales
– Espace tisanerie
– Information journalière : programme
– Hébergement : camping dortoir – gestion du parking
– Décoration des espaces – objets trouvés
– Montage/démontage de tentes, chapiteaux – installation avant et après camp
– Animation enfants ou ados
– Soins et entretien du lieu – propreté
– Écoute, soins, santé holistique
– Aide cuisine
– Karma yoga: roue des services
– Transport (organisation d’éventuels déplacements pendant le camp)
– Boutique du cœur (de l’association)
– Traduction

Les réponses seront prises en compte par ordre d’arrivée. Elles seront étudiées avec soin. Une réponse vous sera apportée à partir du mois de mai, sauf les responsables de pôles qui seront choisis avant cette date.

The Dances of Universal Peace Organisation in France: Get Involved

For the European gathering camp in France in summer 2025, the organising association is seeking fifty volunteers to join the team and help make the camp a success.

Event Staffing Includes:

– 6 Organisers (from France)
– 8 european coorganisers
– 6 Mentors
– A Team of Dance Leaders
– 2 Coordinators for Musicians
– 16 Musicians
– 50 Volunteers (including supervising volunteers)

Volunteer Involvement:

Depending on their level of commitment, volunteers will be categorised as:

– Full-Time (FT): 24 hours of work the week. No camp fee (equivalent to €200).
– Part-Time (PT): 12 hours of work the week. Half the camp fee (€100).

Costs for Volunteers:

  • Food: €140,
  • Accommodation:
    • Camping: €42,
    • Dormitory space: €140

Supervisory Volunteers will only pay for their food, with free accommodation and no camp fee.

Volunteer Commitment:

  • Volunteers are expected to embrace the camp’s spirit and adhere to its guidelines.
  • Through their efforts, volunteers will represent the organisation to the public.
  • For any initiatives, volunteers must refer to their designated point of contact.
  • Volunteers agree to fulfil their assigned tasks responsibly and consistently, as agreed during their assignment.
  • In case of any disputes, mediation can be requested with a representative of the organising team.

List of Volunteer Roles:

– Information and Orientation: Providing local information and daily programme updates.
– Accommodation Management: Overseeing dormitories, camping areas, and parking.
– Decoration and Lost Property: Preparing the site and managing lost and found items.
– Logistics: For example : setting up and taking down tents and marquees before and after the camp.
– Entertainment: Organising activities for children and teenagers.
– Maintenance: Ensuring the cleanliness and care of the premises.
– Holistic Health and Wellbeing: Offering listening, care, and holistic health services.
– Kitchen Support: Assisting with meal preparation and service.
– Karma Yoga: Rotational service tasks.
– Transportation: Coordinating travel arrangements during the camp.
– Boutique du Cœur: Managing the association’s shop.
– Translations

Additional Information for Volunteers:

– All volunteers will be covered by the organisation’s insurance.
– They will receive detailed instructions to carry out their tasks effectively.
– Supervisory volunteers will be identified before the camp begins.
